Ajay who works as an engineer with a builder is an extremely ambitious man. His wife Madhavi is outspoken & devoted to principles. The delicate & emotional link between the two is their son Bunty. But the clashes between the two force them to separate legally & select different life partners for themselves. Bunty stays with his mother & her new husband Dr. Vinod. But he starts posing problems for both of them especially Dr. Vinod.
